The Nagato Yuki-chan series is a delightful light romantic story. This series is an alternate universe to the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya series in which Nagato Yuki is a real Hunan being. It does not have the SciFi elements of the Haruhi series. Kyon and Yuki develop their romantic relationship is a very slow and painful yet humorous matter. This series does not have the Manic Energy of the Haruhi series, but still very enjoyable!
